I highly recommend Tiger Mountain Tours for your first or next trip to Nepal. I was traveling solo and I did not intend to pre-plan a large trek months in advance with a lot of logistics. Although they are fully capable of any trek planning, Felicia and Krishna were very accommodating to my travel desires and they connected me with like-minded travelers for a couple of amazing, unique and cultural trekking experiences.
